It’s been raining in the Pacific Northwest the last forever or so, as is evident by the shades of green wherever you look. For a mid-westerner, it’s a bit strange. Accentuated by the fact that Kait and I both grew up in the Pacific Northwest. It’s like coming home to your color.
We were lucky with the rain, dodging showers as we made our way down Highway 20. We were also lucky to set up our campsites before the deluge would arrive. Is it luck, or is it serendipity?
